Hirsch Hubcaps world headquarters is located about two hundred and seventy miles north of San Francisco, in Arcata, California. This quaint, coastal community is nestled in the heart of Redwood Country and is also home to Humboldt State University, an 800+ acre Community Forest and the world famous Arcata Marsh and Wildlife Sanctuary.
THE BEGINNING
Ed Hirsch founded Hirsch Hubcaps in Humboldt County in 1984, working out of a 1965 Dodge Dart and storing extra inventory in a closet. “I’d bring hubcaps from car lot to car lot and try to make a sale, “ he remembers.
TODAY
Hirsch's outstanding customer service, quality products and careful attention to detail fostered business success and today Hirsch Hubcaps offers a five thousand square foot retail shop and showroom at the corner of 10th Street & O Street, in Arcata. The company continues to provide a large selection of new and used hubcaps and has expanded its product line over the years to meet customer demands.
